Delivery Information

Please note that working days are Monday to Friday (except Bank Holidays).

Typically your order will be dispatched on the next working day after you have placed your order.

Currently we only deliver to mainland UK, Southern and Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands. Unfortunately we do not have the facilities to deliver outside these areas or to BFPO or PO BOX addresses.

Returns

We want you to be entirely happy with your Barratts purchase. If you are at all dissatisfied with your purchase, for whatever reason, please return the same, unworn product to us within 28 days of delivery and we will refund the cost of the goods.

Returns postage will only be refunded if the product is faulty.

Returns can be taken to any high street Barratts store.
