Delivery and Returns
Delivery
All deliveries are subject to stock availability and authorisation of your payment.
Your order will be delivered to you during office hours (9-6pm), Monday to Friday. We are unfortunately unable to specify the time at which the goods will be delivered to you.
We can either deliver your order to the billing address for the card you use to pay for your order, or you can specify an alternative address, such as a workplace, university or friend/family address (UK only) at checkout. If a delivery is requested to your workplace you must use the Premium Delivery service. The alternative delivery address must be in the UK (i.e. has a Royal Mail postcode).
Delivery Options
Mainland UK Premium DeliveryIf you need the shoes in a hurry then use our premium delivery service. We endeavour to deliver the goods you have offered to purchase within 3 working days from despatch. Premium delivery is £5.50 irrespective of the number of items ordered. For orders made using our Premium service, we will require a signature to confirm receipt of order.
Mainland UK Standard Delivery
Goods will be delivered within 7 working days from despatch. Mainland UK Standard Delivery is £3.50 irrespective of the number of items ordered.
Northern Ireland and UK Off-Shore Delivery
We endeavour to deliver the goods you have offered to purchase within 10 working days from despatch. Delivery charge is £9.00 irrespective of the number of items ordered.
Republic of Ireland Delivery
We endeavour to deliver the goods you have offered to purchase within 10 working days from despatch. Delivery charge is £9.95 irrespective of the number of items ordered.
Returns
We want you to be entirely happy with your Barratts purchase. If you are at all dissatisfied with your purchase, for whatever reason, please return the same, unworn product to us within 28 days of delivery and we will refund the cost of the goods.
Returns can be taken to any Barratts store or sent by post, in the original packaging including the outer box, to:

For returns made by post, you are responsible for the postage costs (remeber that returning to store is free). Please obtain proof of postage. If the product is faulty then we will refund the cost of postage.
The above is in addition to your statutory rights, which remain unaffected, but we shall not be liable to you or any third party for any indirect or consequential loss or damage.
