Recently we have launched Shoe Finder and Reserve and Collect, both ensure we work as hard as we can to get you the perfect pair. Read below to see how our dedicated members of staff can help you find what you want.


Shoe Finder

If you cannot find the size, colour or style you are looking for in your local Barratts store, our experienced members of staff will source you the pair using our brand new service: Shoe Finder. They will locate what you are looking for in any Barratts store and have it delivered for you. Where ever you see this symbol; you can challenge our store staff to find you your perfect pair of shoes. If we stock them, we will find them.


Reserve and Collect

To give you more options and choice when you shop with us, we are now offering you the opportunity to reserve a pair of shoes online and have it delivered to any Barratts store of your choice. Once you have reserved you item, you will be notified when they are ready for you to collect, and if you provide us with a mobile phone number, we will even text you to let you know when your pair is ready so you don't have to keep checking your computer.

Where ever you see this symbol on our website, you may reserve the product for collection.

You can also still buy online and have it delivered straight to your door using our fast, reliable delivery service.
